Accessible Derbyshire

Earlier this year we launched our Charity of the Year and are proud to be supporting one of Derbyshire's key charities, Accessible Derbyshire.

Accessible Derbyshire work to improve the lives of disabled people, their friends, families and carers living in or visiting Derbyshire and the Peak District. Through the work they have done, money raised and knowledge shared; countless businesses in Derbyshire and the Peak District have become accessible to all...

We have worked with Gillian and Jane from Accessible Derbyshire since the charity began and share their enthusiasm and passion for a truly accessible Derbyshire.

  THE BIG PUSH campaign banner

THE BIG PUSH was the first campaign launched by Accessible Derbyshire when the charity was set up nearly two years ago.

The idea - a two year project to make the Peak District the most accessible National Park in the country.

As the campaign is now it's final few months, we want to give Accessible Derbyshire a BIG PUSH to help them over the finish line!

Accessible tourism is worth £12.1 billion in the U.K - the work that Accessible Derbyshire do help the Peak District and Derbyshre secure our share of this lucrative and growing market.

Anything you can donate is gratefully received, thank you!

Can you help?

Accessible Derbyshire have a number of events coming up over the next few months and are in desperate need of raffle and tombola prizes, as well as quality auction items like short breaks or experiences.

There is also the opportunity to donate items for a goody bag at the Gala Accessible Derbyshire Celebration Evening at Chatsworth House - a great opportunity to showcase your business as this event will be attended by high profile guests from the Tourism Industry!
